One of the most common features of any warehouse is the use of industrial heavy duty/pallet racking.  Pallet racks are designed to have pallets loaded and unloaded using forklifts. They are efficient because you don’t have to manually do any of the heavy lifting. Pick a pallet up off a truck and immediately place it where it belongs on the pallet rack. The roll formed industrial heavy duty/ pallet racking upright provides a great strength-to-weight ratio. Upright structures are with precision k-braces and heavy-duty cross channel reinforcements for increased strength, rigidity and resistance to abuse. The vertical slots let you quickly and easily adjust the beams.  The beams are box sections designed for specific loads with prongs on both ends which engage in the upright.  There are no dead spots or obstructions in the upright posts to impede movement of a beam along the entire height. SVIL racking is given  impact and corrosion resistant powder epoxy finish which  is tough and durable and merges with  industrial environment is. The uprights come in a blue finish while the beams come in a deep orange finish.

 SVIL industrial heavy duty/pallet racking is available with either front-to-back supports or decking. The supports are cross bars that help prevent misplaced pallets from falling through. They also help to tie beams together on steel pallet racking that is 120 inches or wider.

Industrial pallet racking is available in both starter and add-on units. Join add-ons to a starter to create rows of pallet storage racks.
